业内:你好,请问湖畔山庄附近好象又在建什么小区?请问你知道吗?大概什么价位?还有三里店大圆盘的育才大厦你估计会是什么价位?[em26][em26][em26][em27][em27][em27]先谢了。

  业内人士,南溪山医院对面临街商住楼96年房,套内2650/平米,贵不贵?有产权的杂物间也同房屋居住面积一同算入套内面积吗?非常期待你回答,多谢.

如果不计杂物间,97[建面]-14[公摊]-6[杂物间]=77平米,套内到了2860/平米,是不是贵了点,还值吗

<p>咨询业内,商品房购买合同签订了之后多久要到房产局备案?(房产局有没有规定多久时间必须备案?)</p><p>另外,签订的合同有可能会更改么?(俺买的楼盘听说开发商要推迟原合同的交房时间,通知要去更改,请问这种情况我们购买者该怎样维权呢?)</p><p>谢谢</p>

<p>请问业内:临桂步行街C区现在的房价是多少?房子是四楼的,四房两厅两卫。</p><p>另外,房产评估是怎么进行的?因为不熟悉,怕评估公司和一方合伙弄假。如何才能得到尽可能客观、公正的评估价格?</p>
